Lifetime Lost + Broken Protection. Eligible CAST sunglasses include up to two protection replacements per originally purchased pair. You pay $14.99 shipping and handling, plus applicable tax, for each replacement shipment.

Can’t sign in, or bought on TikTok Shop, Amazon or from a retailer?

Eligible CAST sunglasses bought on TikTok Shop, on Amazon or from an authorized CAST seller are covered once we can verify the original purchase. Send us the details and our team will check it by hand.

For a store or retailer purchase we need proof of purchase from an authorized CAST seller: email a photo of your receipt to contact@castthreads.com after you submit. Free giveaway pairs and the free pair in a buy-one-get-one offer aren’t covered.

One photo required for Broken or Damaged claims. After you submit, email one clear photo of the pair to contact@castthreads.com with your claim reference. We can’t review the claim until the photo arrives. Lost claims don’t need a photo.

Your replacement pair is covered by CAST Lifetime Protection. You pay only $14.99 shipping and handling, plus applicable tax, for each replacement shipment. Once your claim is approved we’ll email you a secure payment link, and your replacement ships once it’s paid.Manufacturing defect: if your claim is approved, CAST covers the replacement and the shipping. There is no shipping and handling charge.
