Eligible CAST adult sunglasses include 2-year Lost + Broken protection from the original purchase date, backed by a straightforward claim process when life happens.

Lost + Broken Eyewear Protection

If an eligible pair is lost, broken or damaged during the coverage period, submit a claim and our team will help with a replacement of the same style or a comparable available CAST style. A replacement processing or shipping fee may apply.

Manufacturing Warranty

If an eligible CAST product has a verified defect in materials or workmanship, submit a warranty claim. Approved manufacturing-defect claims are handled separately from Lost + Broken protection.

How It Works

1. Purchase eligible CAST eyewear from CAST or an authorized sales channel.
2. If something happens, submit a claim with your order or purchase information.
3. Our team reviews the claim and confirms eligibility.
4. Once approved, we provide replacement options and any applicable processing or shipping charge before the replacement is completed.

Coverage

• Lost eligible CAST sunglasses
• Accidental breakage
• Accidental damage and scratched lenses

What It Does Not Cover

• Products that cannot be verified as eligible CAST purchases
• Intentional damage, misuse or fraudulent claims
• Non-CAST products
• Normal cosmetic wear that does not affect use, unless otherwise approved by CAST

Replacement Availability

Exact colors, lenses and discontinued styles may not always be available. When the original product is unavailable, CAST may offer a comparable current style.
