Eligible CAST adult sunglasses include Lifetime Lost + Broken Protection for the original purchaser: up to two protection replacements per originally purchased pair. You pay $14.99 shipping and handling, plus applicable tax, for each replacement shipment.

Lost + Broken Eyewear Protection

If an eligible pair is lost, broken or damaged, submit a claim and our team will help with a replacement of the same style or a comparable available CAST style. Coverage has no end date.

Replacement Limit

Each originally purchased pair can receive up to two protection replacements. If you buy two pairs, each pair has its own two.

What You Pay

The replacement pair is covered. You pay $14.99 shipping and handling, plus applicable tax, for each protection replacement shipment. Once your claim is approved we email a secure payment link, and your replacement ships once it’s paid. Submitting a claim doesn’t use a replacement: one is used only when a protection replacement ships.

Manufacturing Warranty

If an eligible CAST product has a verified defect in materials or workmanship, submit a warranty claim. Approved manufacturing-defect claims are handled separately from Lost + Broken protection. They don’t use either of your two protection replacements, and CAST covers the replacement and the shipping, so there is no shipping and handling charge.

What We Need

• Lost: no photo needed.
• Broken or Damaged: one photo of the pair, emailed after you submit your claim.

Where You Bought

• castthreads.com: sign in on the claim page and pick the pair from your orders.
• TikTok Shop or Amazon: eligible once we can verify the original CAST purchase. Our team reviews these by hand, so have your order ID ready.
• A store or retailer: send proof of purchase from an authorized CAST seller. Our team reviews these by hand.

Promotional Pairs

• Free giveaway sunglasses aren’t eligible.
• In a buy-one-get-one offer, the pair you paid for is covered. The free pair isn’t.

How It Works

1. Purchase eligible CAST eyewear from CAST or an authorized sales channel.
2. If something happens, start a claim on our claim page.
3. Our team reviews the claim and confirms eligibility.
4. Once a protection claim is approved, you pay shipping and handling through a secure payment link and we send your replacement. Approved manufacturing defects ship at no charge.

Coverage

• Lost eligible CAST sunglasses
• Accidental breakage
• Accidental damage and scratched lenses

What It Does Not Cover

• More than two protection replacements for the same originally purchased pair
• Free giveaway pairs and the free pair in a buy-one-get-one offer
• Products that cannot be verified as eligible CAST purchases
• Intentional damage, misuse or fraudulent claims
• Non-CAST products
• Normal cosmetic wear that does not affect use, unless otherwise approved by CAST

Replacement Availability

Exact colors, lenses and discontinued styles may not always be available. When the original product is unavailable, CAST may offer a comparable current style.
